Run the real CT canonical fixture by default, upload CT NIfTI, then use the worker-backed adaptive K/N tiled sliding path and export canonical-space segmentation.
Runs the 144³ synthetic sliding-window fixture and compares argmax with the MONAI SlidingWindowInferer reference. This is a debug/parity probe, not the default product validation path.
