SPINEPS — custom_ops web tests

Whole-spine T2 sagittal MR semantic segmentation (SPINEPS v1.0.9, T2w_Segmentor_2.0). 14-class subregion labels: 10 vertebra substructures + intervertebral disc + spinal cord + spinal canal + endplate + S1, plus background.

Worker pipeline

Upload sagittal T2 NIfTI, run nnU-Net V2 PlainConvUNet (L=7, anisotropic L0 kernel [1,3,3]) sliding window in a Web Worker, download seg.nii.gz with the 14 SPINEPS labels.
